Delivery Policy of Tonmoy Grocery
1. Delivery Area: Any place
within Japan where products can be sent via Takkyubin.
2.
Confirmation Call: You will receive a
confirmation call prior to delivery of products.
3. Delivery Method: All the products from our store
are delivered via standard surface delivery available in Japan (known as 'Takkyubin').
Products of an order from a person living in Misato area
(Saitama-ken, Misato-shi) will be delivered by us directly.

Delivery Cost:
If the total price* of the ordered products of dry category exceeds Yen 7000, delivery (takkyubin) charge is free. The free delivery order for frozen category is Yen 10,000.
If the total price* of the ordered products exceeds yen 10,000, delivery (takkyubin) charge is free.
If the total order* of any category is less than the amount stated in point 1, you have to pay only 50% of delivery (takkyubin) charge for that category.
Now it is possible to get the PIN (Id#) of calling cards by email or telephone. Details.
Direct delivery within Misato City of Saitama Prefecture will not add any delivery cost
* International Calling Card prices and taxes should be excluded from total price/order.
5. Payment Method: Payment method is 'Cash-on-Delivery'.
The amount of bill should be paid hand to hand to the Delivery Person.

Packing of Goods: The goods ordered are packed
in Box cartons. Frozen foods and dry items will be packed separately.
Frozen Items: Fish
and Meat, Sweetmeats, and so on.
Dry Items:
Rice, Ata, Dal, Suji, Spices, Calling Cards and so on.
Oil may be inserted into any category .
