Terms and Conditions for International Calling Card

Delivery of Telephone Card Only: It is possible to get the PIN (ID#) of a calling card by email or telephone. The sequence of steps are:
  1. Send an email to info AT tonmoygrocery.com requesting the account number where to transfer the bill of the calling card.
  2. You will receive the account information from TONMOY GROCERY.
  3. Transfer the money to the account.
  4. Send an email to info AT tonmoygrocery.com to receive the PIN (ID#) of the calling card. Please describe the details of transfer of money.
  5. You will  receive PIN (Id#) either by email or through telephone.
Instead of sending an email, you can call Tonmoy Grocery at 048-947-2256.

Steps for International Calling:
  1. Dial access telephone number (Free Dial/Home/Mobile)
  2. When prompted, please enter your PIN number
  3. Dial: Country Code+Area Code+ Local Number+ #

  4. Except as otherwise provided in this disclaimer, the carrier makes no guarantee, warranty or representation expressed or implied, regarding the condition merchantability or fitness of the information or communications services offered.
  5. No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the card.
  6. Public pay phones and hotel/motel/dormitory phones may incur additional charges per call.
  7. Card expires 1 month from first use. Refillable cards DO NOT expire as long as they are recharged.
  8. All calls will be charged in three-minute increments. Even though you talk only one minute, you will be charged three minutes.
  9. Total minuets announced/published assumes entire card is used on a single call. If you use your card for multiple calls, you will get reduced minutes.
  10. All applicable taxes and surcharges will apply on announced amount with no exceptions.
  11. Customer is solely responsible for solving any disputes with the customer service department of the phonecard
    regarding any calling card related issues.
Calling Tips:
If you don't hear any ringing tone within 15 sec, please hang up and try again. Also, please do not let the phone ringing for more than 4 times. These preventive measures will help you from losing minutes.
